In 1990 our principle designer Mrs. Anuradha Bakshi started an interior Designing firm which would blend aesthetic flair with functional needs. Obeying a creed of uncompromising standards, she started a company with an initial meager staff and embarked on her mission to take on the big league in the game.
From its humble beginning, this firm has evolved into one of the Delhi’s most prestigious interiors / construction firm today. Our office houses a staff consisting of the management co-coordinating our interior designers, Engineers researchers, consultants and quantity surveyors. We are, thus able to provide our clients the fullest range of services within the shortest possible time.
Firm shall discuss in detail all Client’s requirements before submitting proposed layout plan for Client's approval. We shall coordinate and consult with the Architect in relation to any structural or service requirements.
PHASE II - DESIGN DEVELOPMENTBased on the approved sketch plans, we shall submit complete colour scheme and specifications for the approval. This scheme shall clearly assist and form the part of a tender document. At times referred to for better design control and future maintenance to be carried out by the client.
We shall prepare all working-drawings such as Plans, elevation and sectional elevation. These drawings will incorporate all locations and electrical facilities such as air-conditioning supply and return grilles, power and telephone outlets. These drawings will be submitted for clients approval.
